Shirley is an Certified Executive Coach , trainer and NLP Business Practitioner.
She has been coaching financial executives since 2006. She has over 20 years experience in Investment Banking, having held senior leadership positions in the UK, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.
During her banking career, Shirley both engaged coaches and received coach training, which helped her implement a culture of coaching that enabled the development of leaders within her organisations.
She is experienced in coaching Managing Directors, Directors and more junior executives, both locally and globally using video-conferencing. She has also designed and implemented several international leadership development programs and a Global Career Framework.
In 2012, she decided to change career and become formally certified as a coach. She became a fully certified Executive Coach with the globally recognised Association for Coaching and now has over 400 hours of coaching experience.
With background in psychology, Shirley focuses on supporting clients to change patterns of behaviour, which are preventing them from moving forward in their careers. She uses a mix of traditional coaching, NLP and Clean Coaching. She is currently coaching and training executives in several international banks and law firms, in addition to working with young leaders and entrepreneurs across Asia.
Shirley has an MA (Psychology) from the University of Glasgow and an MSc (Business IT Systems) from the University of Strathclyde.
